Shareholders, especially shareholders who toss in a couple grand in the hopes of riding a sub-penny to a quick 500%-1000% profit to dump out a couple weeks later should have no bearing whatsoever on what the CEO does with his company. We all know The Pennystock Game (or should know, if not, hit the web and get your knowledge on, for your own sake).

Let's get real here. A couple grand doesn't entitle you to a seat in the boardroom during a financial meeting. LMAO.
