It is standard operating procedure for them to announce after the close - no big deal.

However, I am very encouraged by the Feltang obligation at the bottom of the 10Q. It appears that Feltang is willing to accept our stock in lieu of payment of their obligation. This infers a stock value of 91.5¢ per share in the near future. Bookmark this post for future review and fun, but I have a strong feeling that they intend to issue the $50,000,000 in new stock priced at least at $1 per share, but more likely it will be 40 million shares at $1.25 per share in September/October.

Iwunder2 if everyone will be racing for the door at the same time when we hit $1.25? Not me - I'm holding out for $2.73!!!!
