Markland Technology and Lockheed Martin Announce Multi-Million Dollar Contracts with U.S. Army

( LMT ) has won a $108.6 million U.S. Army contract for 1,014 guided multiple launch rocket munitions, the Defense Department said on Wednesday. Defense contractor L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. (NYSEL: LLL) on Tuesday said quarterly profit rose 20 percent on growing military demand for its communications equipment.
