Yeah, just cuz the CEO tells you in a PR that they are going to sell shares, doesn't mean you should plan on them selling shares immediately and continuously with reckless abandon and virtually nothing to show for it. That's what I don't get with the "I told you so" that Rick said he was going to dilute. I don't think he said the shareprice was going to .0004 when it was at .0035, which is what he should have said if he was going to be really honest. Some people wouldn't have sold then either, thinking, "he can't be serious".

But using that argument, what reason is there not so sell now? Obviously the company will continue to dilute. Obviously the company doesn't care that they told their shareholders directly one week that they hoped to announced a spokesperson by the end of the following week, and then didn't announce anything, not even a delay, not even a status, not even a failure.

I wonder if it would be illegal to not reveal the material information that the much touted negotiations with the spokesperson had fallen through.
