ABTG big blocks
watched ABTG action today. a number of 1mill share blocks were placed. could be completely wrong, but now believe these shares may be from the S-2 filed 2 weeks ago. there was no price movement from all of these blocks which went off at .281 or so. Some institution must have been absorbing their release, or else the share price would have plummeted
I think the big volume brought some retail interest into the shares later in the day.
ABTG is not a P&D type operation and rarely does PRs. It is conceivable, however, that positive news is on the way to help absorb 114million shares being registered.
