These debentures; do you speak of La Jolla Cove only and would you venture to say that La Jolla Cove's CD in December of 2003 was Toxic?

I have been very interested in DNAP but it has never struggled out of the above a nickel range to my knowledge and I'm wondering if La Jolla Cove might have something to do with it? 8 million dollars is a lot of overhead and it doesn't seem to have helped DNAP but rather hindered. Thank you
