Suky, I sent an inquiry earlier and had been wondering when some action would be taken.

Now, back to cygx business. We'll have a lot of questions answered next week ... at least in the first action. I'm just hoping that the judge does not seal anything so we can all get to the bottom of the disagreement for ourselves.
