Do you have any actionable event or behavior in mind? Do you have reason to believe company officers or directors violated some regulation or law? I would love to see such evidence, but I doubt any of the principals have been foolish enough to make such a slip(s). I would urge caution when making general or unsupported accusations of regulatory violations or actionable behavior. While the observable behavior appears to be reprehensible, it probably does not rise to the actionable level. These people, by all indications, appear to be cunning, calculating and CAREFUL, and I suspect they have dotted all the i's crossed all the t's when it comes to official compliance.
