So the OIG investigated the issues regarding USXP and when they reported out their findings you still did not believe.

It amazes me that when people do as you ask, you complain when the findings do not support your desires. Here, you have already been shown that the $50 Million was not real. The SEC showed in detail that the customers that would make up teh $50 Million did not exist and yet you still do not believe. We have court documents showing that the O/S is 3 Biullion and yet you still do not believe.

What exactly will iot take to convince you? Do they have to say teh company was massivly sold naked short (even if it wasn't) for you to believe?
