what some *may* have been .. er .. surprised about is
what the totals are starting to add up to from those
insiders who've PUBLICLY STATED they've never sold one
share .. to the FORM D totals .. to what is posted *here*
as to exph longs' share totals

Yup... One of the following must be true:

1) Insiders have sold
2) The extra 1B shares are not restricted
3) The number of shares outstanding is greater than the A/S
4) The share numbers *presented* that others hold are wrong
5) There is a massive short position

And personally, I strongly do not believe in #5... but I will hold final judgement for whatever Veno can pry out of the SEC.
