... the total liquidity is only about $6 Million.

A buyout is certainly possible. I did some DD on this possibility last week.

IBM happens to be following a strategy of acquisition, and this is the type of company that they might be interested in.

In fact, IBM already has a comprehensive suite of software products targeted at the Oil & Gas industry. Yet I don't believe they have anything in the safety protocol area.
