Well, I have a much more simple view of this:
It does not matter what directors do...it does matter how one invests in a microcap like SPKL. I have made the same mistake here like I did at many micros in the past: All microcaps are, on first hand, made to screw shareholder! This is my deepest believe! The only way one can avoid this are stop loss orders, get out if a stock falls.....whatever growth story might be in the head of the management: Every of those stocks suffers by enormously decrease after the first hyphe....look at SPKL...... quod erat demonstrandum !
I have no problem to repeat it again: The story here is great, the beginning has been wonderful, the progress seems to be obvioulsy in danger and the management knows, neverthelss, how to make money by 'printing' shares. That is the story of thousands of microcaps and SPKL is not different.
By the way, the management of SPKL might have just a smile for the efforts of a little bullboard shareholder who posts management of SPKL might manipulate the stock. Ofcourse they manipulate the stock, what do you think?! LOL They don't care about you and me or anybody else here.
