Apparently Steve Saleen sold off his former company to some private investors under a company called MJ Acquisitions.

This would be the current ownership group that is shown on the site listed earlier*. It's gets a little convoluted from there as he went on to start his own company, operations at one time had ceased, restarted, warranty issues arised, and then a lawsuit from Steve Saleen against the use of his name ensued.
