I've read it a dozen times. It is meaningless. There has been a settlement, which by definition means that that document is not what was agree to. You have no idea what the settlement is nor will you because "Management" has decided to keep the agreement terms confidential. Three more weeks until the next unopposed motion to delay the entry of the settlement to the court for final disposition for another two months.
