I was thinking of taking a position till I saw THAT! comment.

That's MY red flag. ANYTIME! a Co.(Especially! a PINK) states that raising capital is "necessary"... WATCH-OUT!

IMO.... DILUTION is on the way... just a matter of time. ATWT has basically FORE-WARNED! you... so NO surprises.
