The FLD Plays

Hi all, I'm going to be posting on some different topics and the first will be on the FLD plays. I'll change them out every few days on the sticky bar:)

We have nearly discussed the plays to death. Short of getting a guarantee, I'm not sure what more we can ask of Monk and the other leaders. We are chartering into territories and doing things that have not been done by others in the market, besides Monk and a few others. But we have a hell of a leader who has a plan and a vision that if we allow him to execute, we will be rewarded. Monk is an extremely smart man, and I whole-heartedly trust him and his integrity. If you are a part of the Den it is important to realize that very fact for yourself because of what we are doing here. We are trying a revolutionary business model in the stock market, one that is built upon a team and making collective decisions that are always going to maximize each one of our returns in the long term if we all make decisions this way. It is understood that most of the Den gets what we are doing here. We are accumulating shares of Monk plays for the long term. Do we need to make it more complicated than that? Do we have to place due dates on our plays, or do we try to get back to what we have always done? Accumulate shares as we can. Yes items have been discussed with many folks, one on one and at Monkinars, that may have led to expecations to being built up but the point I'm trying to make is that we need to personally choose to keep expectations in line and make prudent financial decisions.

Also to think that we are going to understand everything about our lock-downs and essentially find that guarantee that says "this 100%" works is unrealistic. I feel many are searching for that. Monk shares the information that is important for everyone to gain a good understanding about what we are doing, be able to make smart decisions, see the big picture, and also give us a goal to drive towards in our plays. This information can be found in stickies, the ibox, the newsletter, and through team members. He is leading by example, by accumulating shares week-in and week-out because he has full confidence in a successful outcome! It is not time-effective or a smart business decision for him to take the time to get every single person up to his level of understanding & experience on our FLD concept. We have to realize the importance of this to insure our success. Monk spent years gaining the experience and understanding to get to where he is today. As a leader, it's important to realize that not everything can be shared by Monk. This is for good reason, so that we do not put the success of our plays at risk. And this is where a little faith and trust has to come in. As I stated earlier, "Monk is an extremely smart man ,and I whole-heartedly trust him and his integrity. If your are part of the Den it is important to realize that very fact for yourself, because of what we are doing here". Step outside of your understanding of our plays and realize that there are people involved that have a much greater understanding than most of us. So to have some faith is important.

For us to succeed, this means that each one of us have to make smart decisions at all times. We are always representing something bigger than all of us and when newcomers come along and are trying to sort things out, it is crucial that they are met without hostility, rather some clarity or assistance in understanding what we are doing here. Take the time to think about how some of our leaders post, such as Monk. He his leading by example and the more it can rub off on others, the better we can be and faster we can grow. Pay close attention to what he says and what he doesn't say in his post and the manner in which he responds to interacts with others, regardless of the other person's motives. It takes discipline and situational awareness but something I think we all can strive to do.

Starting Monday, let's get back to work(oops I said it), I mean having fun and do things like we used to do: enjoy talking to one another, apply our trading skills that we've learned and continue to refine them, and accumulate shares of our plays when our finances permit. Be careful on the individual stock boards, because we represent the Den there as well:)

We have had a week that has tested many of the Den member's resolve and now it's up to us to decide what to do. Do we become stronger? Do we lie down or stand up? I won't stop accumulating until we have reached a successful outcome for our team, and I know one person, who drinks too much Starbucks, who would whole-heartedly agree with me:) That's why I'm here...
