Speck, regardless of which LOW! O/S count(~12 or ~90) you want to believe, the FACT remains that what is MOST! important is the "trade-able shares"(FLOAT). In all likelihood, the "float" is SMALLER! than either O/S count, which makes PDPRD that more "attractive" as a HUGE! runner.
