"Huge News in SEC 8-K Filing This Morning for Clear Skies Solar (CSKH) – What We Have Been Saying All Along is Coming Into Play

Last night CSKH filed a very important disclosure with the SEC on Form 8-K. It outlines the deal that has been made between the convertible debt holders and the Company. Including the statement, “(the “Company”) entered into an agreement with Alpha Capital Anstalt (“Alpha”) pursuant to which Alpha agreed to convert outstanding promissory notes issued by the Company to Alpha in the aggregate principal amount of $275,000 (the “Notes”);”, etc.

When we take this information into consideration, with other filings that have taken place over the past week or so, it appears that CSKH has eliminated all ,or almost all, (but probably all) of its convertible debt. This is significant. What is even more important is that the interests of these former debt holders is now aligned with the interests of the common shareholder. This was not the case before the debt was converted. It is now. These former debt holders want these shares to rise!!!!!!! – before they wanted the price to fall so they could convert to a greater number of shares at a lower price.

With the balance sheet cleaned up and the business CLEARLY getting stronger, their shares should see a big run here. I would guess the Company would issue a press release on this significant event. We will be watching closely to see what happens. For now, we maintain our same position – these shares are worth a lot more – the value has been held down due to the misaligned interests of the debt holders and the common share holder.
