Zen, you are missing the REAL POWER that is behind Urban Casavant from the earlier days. The man that made the introduction to E&A and the the ultimate decision to have a full partner take the retainer. The leases that CMKX owns were/are impressive because of the 'white knight' that saw the future. This 'white knight' is a low keyed billionaire that disdains the media spotlight. CMKX has a power base and they will need same!
