The Southridge Agreement "Assignment" paragraph changed, as follows:

ORIGINAL

Section 10.3 ASSIGNMENT. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and Investor and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Neither this Agreement nor any rights of Investor or the Company hereunder may be assigned by either party to any other person without the prior written consent of the other party, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

AMENDMENT

Section 10.3 ASSIGNMENT. Neither this Agreement nor any rights of Investor or the Company hereunder may be assigned by either party to any other person.

Other than page renumbering, reference to amended, and date, I don't see any other obvious changes.
