Another thing.....How in the heck is he(P.V) suppose to lure new blood(investors) after his Sex,Lies and Pipe letter addressed to the shareholders....Nobody is going to want to invest in the OTC and/or OTC:BB (unless you are an insider)....I have invested in many OTC company in the past and none of them tanked or diluted the shares as much as any of P.V Shell of companies, as a matter of fact i was successful in 70% of them(profit wise)....Me think its time for P.V to start buying back shares with all of these record revenue and profit OR even get advice from your low key Chinese CEO(wherever he is)....GLTA
