I think I understand DF. He is enthusiastic about what BEHL has and, he believes, will accomplish. Everyone he is around, especially shareholders, must have the same interest that he does, so he tells us much of what is on his mind. We have seen a real-time listing of what was "in the works."

For some, this real-time listing of potential progress was also exciting. I have understood that these news releases represented potential, nothing was certain until a contract was signed and deposits paid. Others can't seem to discriminate between "signed contract" and "we'll see." When the events he talked about did not occur, it is now being used against him. DF's crime was to communicate his enthusiasm about his company.

DF was also in a difficult place. No news releases and he was vilified for doing nothing or hiding something. He was also vilified when these possible contracts did not come to fruition.

Primary rule to remember as the CEO of a public company, "Anything you say, or don't say, may be used against you."
