Latitude Solutions Inc. has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Trinity Solutions, Inc. This company is designed to maximize the opportunities available for federal and state contracts and business opportunities. Federal funds will be an important stimulus to recovering economies in the coming years. TSI is designed to provide LSI’s other business units, strategic partners and licensors with advantages to capture portions of these funds by utilizing strategic business alliances with selected tribes.
Marketing advantages in the federal marketplace result from the unique contract bidding status of tribal “Super Certified” (8a, Hub Zone, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and Disadvantaged Business Entity (DBE)) accreditation derived from the Small Business Administration and the US Department of Transportation.

Mr. Cordell is currently President and CEO of Victor Cordell Consulting which provides business development and technical services, with emphasis on the military and civilian government market sectors, to Native American tribal enterprises. His 40 years of experience include tactical intelligence, systems analysis and development and market development. He has supported projects with the U.S. Marine Corps, the U.S. Navy, Bell Helicopter Textron, Silicon Graphics Incorporated, Leica Geosystems, Texas Instruments, Kodak Government Systems, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, among others. Technical emphasis includes multi–spectral reconnaissance systems, geospatial and intelligence analysis computer systems, high–performance materials (cements, ballistic composites, etc.) and sensor mounts. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University in Economics and served with the Marine Corps in Vietnam as a pilot and ground officer and also was an Army intelligence officer.
