GpsLatitude is currently in discussion with a number of major American wireless service providers and key industry component manufacturers. The Company continues to pursue strategic alliances with established industry leaders in both the private and public sector. Additionally, Canadian governmental agencies, including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) are utilizing the companies products for a variety of security and surveillance applications.

Mr. Rowinski is a highly accomplished corporate/business development and turn-around professional, skilled in streamlining corporations and elevating them to higher levels of performance and profit. He has successfully founded and led high-tech start-ups and introduced leading edge technologies in US, Canadian and International markets.
Mr. Rowinski is the Co-Founder of GPS Latitude, a provider of security products and wireless telemetry for mobile assets and people. Including advanced cost effective, integrated mobile live video streaming, tracking and live wireless transmission solutions on available public and private radio networks.
Mr. Rowinski is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bay Stream Ventures (BSVI), (www.BayStreamVentures.com). BSVI provides Corporate Turn-Around, Value Enhancement, Interim Management, Merchant Banking, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, M&A, and an Incubator services for High-Tech, CleanTech, Biotech, and Manufacturing companies. Mr. Rowinski was the co-founder of MicroSlate Inc. A world leader and pioneer in Design and Manufacture of Patented, Rugged Mobile/Wireless Pen Tablets, Handheld and Notebook Computers. MicroSlate was a Provider of cost-effective Mobile/Wireless End-to-End Enterprise Hardware/Software Solutions for Mobile Workers, including Police, Military, Utilities, Transportation, Oil&Gas, Telecommunication and Government Agencies.
Mr. Rowinski is a lecturer and subject matter expert regarding Technology and Mobile/Wireless Computing. Mr. Rowinski holds an MBA degree from McGill University, B.Sc. in Mathematics, and an Electrical Engineering (DEC). He currently resides in Montréal, Canada.
