Didn't someone write that Lecere could only raise 1 million $ a year by selling 504 shares?

At the current share price that would be 6.66 billion shares.

Since the new cycle started halfway in July, there would be 23 billion shares in July of next year, if Jim decided to do that. So the AS wouldn't be maxed out.
