A statement with a ? at the end...
I will assume that you meant that to be a question.
It's not a matter of an IQ score... ( nice try ) It's understanding basic business principles that comes for experience.
Obama has never operated a business... He doesn't have the experience that comes from making hard choices on how to meet payroll or order inventory from reliable sources. He has never had to deal with supply, demand, weather, unexpected business events.
He has never been a mayor managing a municipality or a governor managing a state.
He has selected his closest advisers right out of the corrupt Chicago political environment... None of them have the required experience either so together they are floundering looking for solutions to problems that they have never previously experienced.
It's a catastrophe when the person in our highest office has never gone beyond being a community organizer... The seeds for the economic mess that we are mired in were planted well before Obama came upon the scene... The greed of the lending institutions, loan brokers, appraisers, real estate agents and also individuals was fueled by the likes of Barney Frank and Maxine Waters pushing for home ownership... There are hundreds of videos of those two telling us that Fannie and Freddie are just fine and that more people should own a home.
Anyway... Obama is in way over his head... The economy continues to deteriorate and his poll numbers are embarrassing. Simply put, neither he nor his advisers have the experience to make the correct decisions.
This won't get fixed until the people start spending money again and they can't do that if it's taken away from them in the form of more taxes. Businesses will hire more employees when they have the demand for more product... not before.
For those of you that will be trashing my message post, let's keep this in the proper context... I'm referring to Obama's lack of experience prior to becoming president. There is no doubt that he has received a full dose of reality since the inauguration. So anyone one that can provide a list of his experiences prior to taking office, I'd like to see it.
