I believe we do see a certain type of guidance on a daily basis. I'm referring to user count/page views. However, the above two streams of data are instructive but are not sufficient to fuel PPS movement or serve as true guidance.

I believe most any other company would likely opt to keep above numbers unavailable to the public. Instead these milestones would be main cogs of regular PR campaign. For years now, BUNM management has allowed us real-time to see growth of the property.

In the open letter to BUNM Management I intend to persuade management why it's vital that they better engage the shareholder community with regular and meaningful updates. The current PPS truly is too-low for a company with a Web reach approaching 2.1 million!!

While no one is rationally is contending this co. today is worth .01 + this realm would not be out of the question should the co. decide to make bold initiatives to monetize operations and seek all avenues of EXPOSURE.

Part of gaining exposure is utilizing those who are financially vested (shareholders)to spread the word to others and also generally inject enthusiasm to your shareholder community.

This property must either take the fight to the next level or it's going to die a slow-death of mediocrity. IMO by moving to next level company could not only survive but thrive and ultimately attract buyout.

Management needs to see that their dealing with shareholder community ought to now be reincorporated as one of their primary concerns. In the past, the 'we're building the business' was more-reasonable but now the property is at more of a critical mass.

As shareholders we have high expectations for this property/investment and we deserve to be updated.

My tipping-point came when the company 'neglected' to make fanfare/PR with respect to the 2,000,000 attainment. I have been one of the biggest supporters of co. here at IHUB but even my support has limits. I vowed that if they didn't PR above I would do something pro-active for myself and the community at-large and that is at the genesis of this open letter idea to co.

There is strength in numbers and I'm heartened thus far by YES responses. Thank you to all those who have responded--even those who few who have expressed NO.

It's clear to me and very heartening that there is a core of holders here that do care about their BUNM investment and seeing the property succeed. The open letter is intended to show management that we're a serious and cohesive group of shareholders.

If we can't obtain regular updates from management--then we are going to update management about our concerns/ideas on a regular basis. Patience has its limits and our investment dollars are valuable.
