Rule 15c2-11--Failure to Maintain Reasonably Current Financial Information. Rule 15c2-11 (17 C.F.R. Sec. 240.15c2-11) requires a broker-dealer submitting a quotation to maintain in its files certain information concerning the issuer that is "reasonably current" in relation to the day the quotation is submitted.
