Sun, did you figure that out all by yourself? Or did you read Stans investor letter, where he stated they are going to raise funds so they don't have to keep giving the house away when dealing with these studios?

If not, let me tell you he said they are going to do a pp so they can have up front money when doing business with the studios so they can stop giving away the house when doing a project.
