The Claim Value is based on the Claim Amount that our Trustee Claimed on the Proof of Claim form for each of the Capital Trusts -

FOR EXAMPLE -

LEHKQ - $ 314,207,499.10 - TOTAL CLAIM AMOUNT BY OUR TRUSTEE ON THE PROOF OF CLAIM FORM.

$ 314,207,499.10 divided by 12,000,000 shares outstanding = $ 26.18 a share is owed as of the bankruptcy date.

HERE IS THE LIST OF CAPITAL TRUSTS AND WHAT EACH SHARE IS OWED ACCORDING TO OUR TRUSTEE'S PROOF OF CLAIM FILINGS -

LEHKQ - $ 26.18

LEHLQ - $ 25.97

LEHNQ - $ 25.94

LHHMQ - $ 26.00

FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU OWN 100,000 SHARES OF LEHNQ AND 100,000 SHARES OF LEHKQ YOU WOULD STATE -

I am an individual Holder of 200,000 shares of Lehman Brothers Holdings Capital Trust Preferred Securities, with a Claim Value of approximately $ 5,212,000.00,

You would calculate the Claim Value as follows -

LEHKQ - 100,000 x $ 26.18 = $ 2,618,000.00

LEHNQ -100,000 x $ 25.94 = $ 2,594,000.00
