I understand DF is trying to let the investment community know that there are people that want to do business with BEHL. And I agree LOI's MOU's have their place. But what experience has lead me to believe with BEHL is, LOI's are not that uncommon with BEHL and we still haven't seen one completed. Then after a while, the LOI's just seem to vanish and never mentioned again. Like the LOI with RWE, Alta 3 and countless others. Maybe DF should be quiet until he signs a contract and can announce it formally, then maybe he can gain some well needed respect. No sense in telling investors with the current track record. IMHO.
