The BOTTOM LINE is, this stock was both suspended and revoked because there was irregular trading activity during the 10 day window starting the day the form 15-12g was filed. Company already deliquent on financial reports for over 8 years. SEC saw that "certain" people were pumping this as a reverse merger play which is a completely unproven rumor and they had to step in to prevent further potential investors from getting wiped out. i did the RIGHT thing by filing a complaint last night, got them to look at this, and stopped it just in time.
