You not only need to learn to read but comprehend as well.....Watch what they will do (if anything) is give shareholders more shares in so other Lumb pos scam that will equil $0.003449, that no one will be able to sell and thus in the end you get nothing but more worthless shares...That is after all how Lumb and company does things....It is not cash, cash would be if one day you opened you brokerage account and found that you got $0.003449 for every share you have...That would be a cash divi....Not shares in another stock.
