I was the one who filed two complaints last night to the SEC and got them to look into this stock.
Manipulation of trading price and failure to file financial reports.
The SEC monitors companies that file form 15-12g's for a window of 10 trading days and if it finds any suspicious/irregular trading activities it will suspend the stock. In this case, i only asked the SEC to suspend it, i had no idea it was already revoked under a previous order. looks like one rock killed two birds here.
