It doesn't take a genius to know that the stock price will be what it is now times 100,000, unless there's some loop hole that allows the company to set a lower price after RS. Now that wouldn't be LEGALLY fair, and I don't see the SEC allowing for this. You can't just reduce shares and leave the price the same if you're declaring a RS of 1:100000.
Why do we get wiped out? Someone explain their theory behind this. Makes 0 sense. If I don't see $10/share, and 100 Shares, then I'm pressing charges against Sympowerco for falsly disclaiming information and not following up with a correction within 24 hours of it's release.
