I ask again, if the company truly wants people who have held on to their shares for weeks to sell by limiting news, and only longer and stronger investors to profit from that news, what kind of company is that?

Not a very friendly one if you ask me. And I don't think that's the case at all. I think they're releasing all the info they have.

And it is as likely as not that since they didn't mention the SP that the deal has completely fallen through. JMHO.
