Rex,

I would guess the XCH0 #s will be very fast now as you guess. We do not want a fight here. I have read the contract it is quite clear that XCHO has the exclusive as long as they meet the mins which is not a problem.

Last two Qs XCHO reported first before NPHC, so was expecting that again. It would have been better for XCHO to report first and it would not have hurt NPHC, but often these things are determined by audit forms.

My accounts took a pretty big $ hit on this today.
