What has been stated in response are mostly rationalizations & explanations regarding ENTI's behavior that will unfortunately-- ihmo-- lead to the short-term demise of your investment in ENTI.
The "R/S gag" as I like to call it is IN FULL EFFECT. Among the very limited rights shareholders here in Pinkyland have, is the right to the SHARE STRUCTURE. Some unscrupulous companies choose TA's that provide limited info, because it SUITS THEM and their plans to (imo , 9/10 times) defraud investors.
The R/S is NOT provided by this TA. Unlike OTHERS I am NOT LAZY and do my DD; so when I contacted the company they told me that they would like to have shareholders know the SS but the TA's policy is not to do so.
LOL,...So, remove the CE (by doing your approp filings...you claim to have TONS of money--- for a company RUNNING A WEBSITE-- for crying out loud!!) and get a NEW TA! One that will allow shareholders to discern the float AND find out when those restricted shares come off restriction!!
Look, I am not going to go item-by-item here. You like your investment? Good for you, I see dilution going on AND can't prove it ANY MORE than anyone else can tell me that it is NOT occurring.
WHY? Because, no transparency, ...ENTI is choosing for shareholders to be kept in the dark!! I don't invest my money on gambles like this...there are PLENTY of FISH in the SEA and THERE ARE MANY Pink Stocks that act in the manner I have described; HLxT, TDxI are just a couple that do an excellent job AND there are others. No games, no hidden SS, contact & speak to the CEO's when you have concerns, NO DILUTION and appreciating stock prices...that's what I look for.
Until ENTI fixes some of these problems, smart money will see them for the scam they seem to be disguising- PERIOD!!!
