Yep , I've heard those arguments before. It's a shame too. Since when is an apology rhetoric? I say there is NO EXCUSE, at this stage of the game for what happened. With all the rapport that Dean has mentioned so many times, one would think, Dean would have made a phone call, "what type of system are you using?" {to the FDA}.Frustrated is NOT the word here, royally perturbed might come close. Your argument about the size of the package does not jive, because at last CC the ONLY thing the FDA asked for was the Radiologist review and the Images; those are the only additional things Dean HAD TO GET RIGHT! I also disagree about Dean working on other projects. It is better to do one thing well, than many things poorly,{at our expense} I might add. No one expects Dean to sit by the phone ,He has it on all the time any way{ according to Baillargeon}. A friend of mine who is a student with a leadership class couldn't believe what I was saying when I told them about this supposed un-openable format! My point is that even some one new in leadership KNOWS that,this is bunch of huey! I have to agree, and any one looking at the PPS would have to say WE are right.
