Anyone have any wild guesses as to what happened here? Both companies. I am stunned at what Dror has wrought here. NOTHING BUT A DISASTER. And I meant it in capital letters.. He surely had big plans for the spin offs and reverse mergers. How could I have been so wrong in my estimation of him? I never liked his methods, but I thought he was a great player. Was I wrong. It doesn't matter where he goes from here, he already has buried most of his team and investors.
