Dean having had 4-5 prior successful submissions; then to NOT even know what format the FDA needs to open a file, or especially and image file,with reviews"they specifically" requested. I mean come on already. Talk about languishing. I'll be the first one to say hats off to Dean, but these are the things his VAST experience should have known, way, way ahead of time. Heck, with all of the shareholders pestering him for months/years to post some images, did He not think the FDA would like to take a look? To make a sumission in April with an un-openable format is UN-image-in-able!Then to come out 3 whole months later, oh, by the way I sent in a new package; sounds fishy to say the very,very, very least. Then on top of that to be dinking around with this allience company,facebook etc. is preposterous and un-professional, close to un-ethical. Leaving us, his faithful supporters out to dry? THAT takes alot of nerve. I'm long and I know that I made a satirical letter similar to this the other day, It was more like the truth of the past than fiction of the future.
