When the original plan for KATG was brought forward( That being the time period when we first learned of the " 1 for 4 " stock divvy or whatever it is called), were all the new discoveries at HC known yet?
We were told that our stock in KATG would be restricted for 6 mos. and the boards restriction would be 12 mos. Is it possible in light of the new discoveries et.al. that our restricted period could be lessened in order for us(shareholders) to be able to control our own destiny? Or is the time needed for KATG to establish a base from which we can deal?
