Again I think you are confusing a public company with a private one. I have loaned my company money on several occasions...but I am not seeking public financing. The CEO of a public company must capitalize the company adequately. They have have had opportunities to do this at MUCH HIGHER prices with a small equity offering. 2 million shares at $1.50 would have wiped the fire litigation off the books and put a million dollars aside for these delays. How can you argue this point?
