VCTYAugust 4: Videolocity International, Inc. (VCTY) announced that subsidiary Tactician University successfully organized a week-long securities seminar in July. The "GEM Executives Seminar" gathered executives from companies on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM), a stock market established by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for emerging companies that do not yet fulfill the HKSE's stringent profitability requirements. Over 100 professionals from well-known securities companies attended the conference and heard lectures from investment banking experts on GEM policy interpretation, listing requirements, trading and regulation, and a comparison of various types of capital markets.
