Thanks vinwin. Finally, some information. Although it is an e-mial sent to someone on a message board it is something. Now, we all have to try and figure out what the meaning of soon is. Sounds Clintonian doesn't it? I wonder why they answer some e-mails and not other's.

Questions I would like answered:

1. Did OSI invest money in the production line (skin in the game), and how much.

2. What equipment was purchased if any.

3. Have any units been produced. If units have been produced, did they pass inspection --- in other words, did the mass production process yield acceptable results.

4. What is the expected production rate. If the production process is only one per week, then we can forget about this process. However, if they can easily gear up to produce hundreds, then we can see a possible winning situation here.

As all can see, these are questions that can easily be answered without getting in trouble with the SEC.
