There may soon be, either through legislation, or through public outcry, a strong resentment to sell any of our countries resources to China. I certainly would like to see a revival of this countries processing facilities however most of those need deep water access and environmentalists and ocean front condo owners may prevent development with their short sighted 'me first' attitudes
