The share count is exactly as the TA represented it to be. Furthermore, it really doesn't matter as all common shares are wiped out in the BK. So, in theory, what does it matter if the share count is 1,000 or 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000? (thats one Nonillion)None of them are worth anything.

I'm afraid if you want to alledge that SPNG was done in by NSS it is up to you to prove there was/is an NSS ... and to prove damages. So, instead of the spongites providing a small amount of DIP financing that won't keep the company afloat for two weeks, why not put that $200,000.00 to use by funding a lawyer and investigator to prove your point? It is, afterall, your point that runs counter to every known fact and the accepted and admitted share count. As an example, if i say my name is Joe, my DL says my name is Joe and my associates know me by the name of Joe; but you insist my name is George, isn't up to you to prove me wrong? And why would it be my responsibility to aid you one tiny bit in your pursuit?
