I still don't understand why you claim to be long.

Because I am long.

Do I like the way the company is managed? No.

Do I like their drugs? Yes. Moreso, because '534 is a shoe-in (I believe).

Looking "bad" is being a lemming, without a mind and not seeing all sides of what could happen.

And who cares if I had to go back 5 years for Rodman. Now they have Lehman, Oppenheimer, Lazard and probably more telling Harv' to raise money. You think these bankers aren't scum? Look at how many financings Rodman did late last year.....

If Harvey is planning on going it alone on '534 he's going to have to raise money/ Personally I think he's an idiot if he doesn't partner 534 sooner than later because its going to be diluted all over again.
