MCKINNEY, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--My Vintage Baby, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MVBY - News), a public children’s apparel company, is pleased to announce the kick off of what we expect will be a very successful fall season. With a significant investment in technology, search engine optimization, public relations and sales support, My Vintage Baby, Inc. is perfectly poised for considerable growth and profitability.

My Vintage Baby, Inc. and Trista Sutter are hosting a “Tea with Trista” event in Frisco, Texas on August 17th. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased on www.myvintagebaby.com. There will be significant local coverage of the event including a segment on Good Morning Texas, and on 102.9 a top-rated, local morning radio show with Victoria Snee. We are finalizing event coverage in the Dallas Morning News and on Channel 8/WFAA Affiliate for a feature on the evening news. Several national publications such as People.com have requested photos of this event. The Company’s Public Relations Firm, Tierney Media, had a successful week in NY meeting with entertainment, fashion and parenting magazines and online editors. There was a very positive response to the partnership with Trista and the new fall collections. My Vintage Baby, Inc. is also in negotiations with AccessHollywood for an in-studio fashion shoot to air mid-September.

The Company recently invested in advanced optimization of our website and experienced an immediate 15% increase in traffic from the Top 3 search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN). On August 1st we launched the fall version of our website and tripled the number of daily visits to the site the first few days. Additionally, our fan base on Facebook has grown to over 7,000 friends who love our brand!

My Vintage Baby, Inc. has also invested in a Direct Sales Model Software to support our Direct Sales Representatives. On August 1st we launched software to support order processing via the Company’s website. This will create efficiencies for the Sales Representatives and the My Vintage Baby, Inc. corporate office that also supports the Sales Representatives.

The fall line has been receiving RAVE reviews. Jennifer O’Neal, a My Vintage Baby, Inc. sales rep in Central Florida stated upon seeing the collections the first time, “I LOVE everything!!! I am going to want to buy it all! Awesome job – I just know this is going to sell like crazy!”

The Company has made the initial deposit for our fall production, which is scheduled to arrive at the end of this month. The inventory has a gross sales value of $1.5 million which could result in net sales of over $1 million. At the Company’s current margin levels of 60% we are expecting a profitable 4th quarter.
