why do you capslock post @ someone for asking a legitimate question about some real data that should be in a press release, but just let claims such as 'One LOI has been turned into a signed contract....waiting on the other and for that news to break' go by unnoticed, when that clearly is not public knowledge at this point in time and would be insider info if true.
